Mont Lawn Camp registration has begun.
June 24th-June 29th.
Every child attending will need a physical (long blue form) signed by a doctor.
1) Go to www.bowery.org/mlcenroll
2) Click "Enroll Today:
3) Enter Camper and Family Information
4) Click "Continue to Enrollment Options"
5) Click Enroll [Child's Name] for 2019
6) Choose Philadelphia Session
7) Answer Enrollment Questions
8) Click "Save and Continue"
9) Sign Consent Form
10) Fill out medical information and emergency contacts
11) Click "Save and Continue"
12) Ignore payment method and Click "Money Order" - You DO NOT need to send in payment
13) Click "Submit Enrollment Request".
